The place itself is nice, but there's no coffee machine or pot for making coffee. Getting around by car wasn't ideal for us: it's up on a hill, about a 15-minute drive from Orvieto, and the roads are in really bad shape, unlit, and full of tight turns. Driving there at night was a horror.

A beautiful, clean, welcoming place with all the comforts, including a gym. It's well situated for trips to lovely places, and the owner is very kind and always available.

The pool and gym were superb. The apartment was top-notch, and everything was clean, tidy, and very well maintained. The quiet location was great for sightseeing as well as relaxing. Annarita, the owner, was extremely kind and helpful. Highly recommended.

A welcoming place in a well-located, very quiet spot with plenty of fresh air. There are various services, and fantastic places to visit nearby.

The place was clean and relaxing, and the owner was very helpful. We didn't use the swimming pool. In our case, the WiFi and TV service quality could be better.
