Camping La Risacca Family Collection

The pool area is great, and the beach and water are lovely 👌🏼. But the train passes near the pool often and makes quite a bit of noise. The DJ is also too loud at the beach before noon and by the pool in the afternoon. I'd prefer slower, more relaxed music. Most days we could hear loud music until 5am.

The beach and sea were beautiful and clean, and dogs are allowed in the water, which Walli loved as much as we did. Our Premium Lodge was a great choice: clean, roomy, and comfortable, with a terrace that could be closed off so Walli could nap outside safely. The food was delicious, with a big menu and lots of options. Every staff member we met was welcoming and smiling, and parking was well organized, with a spot for each "room". We had a fantastic week at La Risacca during our first visit, choosing Dog Week because we always travel with our beloved family member Walli. The community among the other Dog Week guests was heartwarming, Walli made new friends, and we got to enjoy our holiday. Trainers Diego, Cristopher, and Andrea were caring and professional from the start. They matched Walus energy and made the training fun and educational. They clearly love their work. We hope they're back next year, and we're already looking forward to seeing them. We hope the Dog Program returns, and we'll definitely come back if it does!

Great beach service, and the animation team is doing a great job. Marco and his team were great. Reception was the best experience I've had at any Club de Soles, with kind, capable, helpful staff. It's a pity I can't name anyone because none of the reception workers had a name on their shorts.

The blue pool slide was unsafe. While using it, our child hurt her toenail badly when pieces of polyester came loose. It put a real damper on our holiday. We had booked because the resort looked attractive and had a pool with two slides, which our children especially enjoyed. The grounds were beautiful and well kept, the atmosphere relaxed, and there were different activities to keep us busy. Staff handled our concerns attentively when we found our cottage too small for our family and the shower passage only 40 centimeters wide, which didn't work for us as European adults. They moved us to a more spacious cottage, and we appreciated that. The Office Manager was friendly and went out of her way to help us have a pleasant stay. The pools and slides are fun, and the service was friendly, but the slide safety and cramped space in some cottages need attention so guests can have a safe and comfortable holiday. Also, keep in mind that towels and bed linen cost extra to rent on site, or you can bring your own. That may matter when booking.
