The sea view was beautiful, and a couple of staff members were nice, but our stay was awful. The room AC didn't work even after we reported it. The shower only gave a few drops, so I had to wash with a cloth and bottled water on the balcony. The bathroom sink barely ran either, and the pool water looked green. In mid-July, ours was the only car in the parking lot when we arrived, and I should've taken that as a sign. At checkout, I asked for a lower rate than we'd agreed on. They accepted after an argument, but nearly charged my card twice. I travel for work and know these kinds of cons. This hotel shouldn't be operating. It was a horrible experience on such a pretty island.

The view and pool were so lovely, and the staff made us feel welcome from the start. Big thanks to Gabriele for looking after us, and to everyone else for being so kind. They even called four different numbers to help us get a taxi at the end. It felt like joining a little holiday family, with great food and great people. This might be the cutest hotel we've ever stayed in. We'll try to come back as soon as we can. Thank you ❤️

A good-value hotel in Elba, with a nice breakfast and staff who are friendly and helpful. A great place to stay.

Sansone beach, one of the island's most beautiful, is close enough to walk to. The hotel itself is surrounded by nature, and the evening views of the area are breathtaking. We only stayed one night, but fell in love with the place and felt at home. The staff were kind, welcoming, and helpful even before we booked, and they made everything feel just right. Dinner was exquisite, with the best octopus I've ever had. Thanks to Chef Valentin and to Silvia for making the dining room service so good. Thank you all, and good luck for the season. We highly recommend it and can't wait to return!
