Case Vacanze Giliberto

The owner of Giliberto Rooms was very kind and helpful, lending us a beach umbrella and suggesting beaches, bars, and restaurants. We stayed for two nights in a very spacious room, with a four-door wardrobe, bedside tables, and a dresser. The bathroom had a bidet and a decent-sized shower. Everything was neat and clean. Highly recommended.

This apartment is right on the main road, with shops, restaurants, and Isola di Capo Passero beach all within walking distance. We stayed for three days. It was clean and efficient, on the first floor, and the two bottles of water in the fridge were just right after a trip in the height of summer. The air conditioning above the bathroom was enough for the whole apartment. The small bunk-bed room has no outside windows, and the balcony is a bit narrow, but life in Portopalo is outdoors. The owner communicated punctually and clearly, and even suggested a festival we later had the pleasure of visiting.

Restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors, and cocktail lounges are just steps away on the main street of Portopalo, and enchanting beaches are less than a 10-minute drive. We stayed two nights in this brand-new property, which has every comfort. Many thanks to Mr. Gilberto for being so kind and helpful.

The top-floor apartment was very clean, and the owner was so kind about letting us store our bike in the garage every evening. The kitchen was spacious, with a storage room beside it, and the bathroom had a shower. The children's room was small and had bunk beds; the bedroom had a large closet. Air conditioning worked well throughout the house. The one downside: carrying lots of suitcases and a child up those stairs is a pain!
