Both times I’ve visited Positano, I’ve stayed at Venus. The views from the room and terrace are absolutely stunning, and Gippy, the owner, is amazing, kind, and so welcoming. I’ve found the price–quality ratio to be one of the best in Positano. When I visit the Amalfi Coast, I personally prefer staying in Positano because the place has a charm of its own. I love it here and hope to come back soon.

Breakfast on the terrace, with Positano glowing behind it, was a lovely way to start each day. The rooms were quiet and very clean, and the location made it easy to reach the best beach, restaurants, and shops while staying away from the busiest tourist stretch. Gippy was wonderful, always easy to reach, full of local knowledge, and happy to help plan our days and outings. Venus Inn was just right for us, and I’d highly recommend it.

We had a really lovely stay at Venus Inn. The views are amazing, and the spot in Fornillo is great, with restaurants nearby. The Inn itself is beautiful, cozy, and welcoming. Gippy was an amazing host.

We spent four days at Venus Inn, and the view of Positano from our terrace was incredible. Breakfast there was amazing, too. The location worked really well, with plenty of food options nearby and both the main beach and Fornillo beach close by. Our room was very clean, housekeeping did a great job, and Guiseppe, the owner, made us feel so welcome and shared lots of helpful tips. One of the best places we’ve ever stayed.

We really enjoyed how personal and helpful our host was, and the host and staff were delightful to spend time with. Our spacious room had a fantastic view, and breakfast was generous and delicious. The location also put lots of restaurants and shops, along with an excellent beach, within reach.
