I’ve already decided to come back next June. The apartment is very close to the beach and lived up to what I was hoping for, making it an ideal base for a seaside holiday in a beautiful part of the Marche region, which means a lot to me. Ms. Elisabetta was kind and helpful from my first calls about booking. She sent lots of photos of the different interiors on WhatsApp, and the apartments looked modern and practical. She also arranged the beach umbrella, deckchairs, and breakfast through a special agreement with the nearest beach club. A winning choice, one I won’t change.

For a quiet, relaxing holiday, this is a great place. The apartment is beautiful and well located, and everything matched the description from the owner, Elisabetta. She was precise and professional, and also very friendly.

Everything was ready to use, including the food and linens, and the apartment was very clean. The little houses on the port are a great option close to the sea. I brought my dog, and the owner Elisabetta was happy to welcome it. She’s a wonderful person and ready to answer questions. For anyone wanting to take a dog to the beach, VIRGOLA ZERO1 is an excellent permanent seaside resort.
