Villa Lia Holiday Home

The pool was fantastic, and the host, Anna, was kind and attentive, with useful suggestions for activities, beaches, and places to see. The villa was clean when we arrived, with plenty of sheets and towels, and its renovated interior had all the comforts we needed. We came with friends in June 24 and really liked having so much room both inside and out. There is space for several families, and it makes it easy to spend time together. We were very happy with our short break.

We only got to spend a few days at this lovely villa, surrounded by greenery, and I already wish we'd had longer. The quiet setting made reading by the pool such a pleasure. I'll come back when I get the chance. Best wishes to everyone!

The sea looks lovely from the terrace, and it's only five kilometers away. Rooms are spacious, and shops and restaurants are close. Matteo was always ready to help and answer questions. The villa is beautifully kept, with a large garden, a pool, and lots of attention to detail. There were ten of us but only four sun loungers, and the gas grill worked only now and then, so I nearly took off a star. Still, that was something I could forgive. It's a great spot for a restful holiday, with little tourism and everything nearby. I can highly recommend Villa Lia. We had a wonderful stay, thank you so much!

Set in a quiet residential area in the hills between Porto Potenza and Potenza Picena, this elegant villa has its own grounds and a pool. The owner is welcoming and kind, and made us feel right at home.
