The rooms are new, lovely, and spotless. Breakfast is more of a joke than a meal: you get a voucher for the bar next door, where it covers one coffee and one croissant. Don't expect a proper breakfast.

There's a kitchen and washing machine available to use, and the rooms are kept clean. But the breakfast is absolutely rubbish, nowhere near a European breakfast, and there's mold in the bathroom.

8/10
The location worked well for both the hospital and the city center, and it was quiet. The rooms were comfortable, each with its own bathroom and everything needed for a pleasant stay. My only issue was that the bathrooms don't have bidets. I found the owner kind and helpful, despite the negative reviews I'd read. Recommended if you want somewhere quiet and convenient.

The room measured 8 square meters, with a French-sized bed pushed against one wall. Calling it a double for single use gave me the impression I'd get a double room. There was barely a meter and a half between the bed and the door, and only half a meter to the bathroom; anyone over 18 would struggle to use the room, let alone the bathroom or mini-shower. The price was attractive and the value was excellent, but soundproofing and housekeeping need work. The location was fine and parking was good.

The owner was friendly and helpful when I stopped here on my motorcycle for a race nearby. The rooms were tidy, clean, and had a TV. I'd definitely stay again.
