The view is hard to put into words, and there are great restaurants and other necessities nearby. Guido, the host, was so kind and accommodating. Five stars don't feel like enough. I'd definitely stay here again on my next trip to Italy, 10/10!

The sea view from the room was very pleasant, and the property is up in the quieter part of Pozzuoli. There's parking inside the villa. Getting in takes a bit of maneuvering, but it's manageable. Unfortunately, the room was very dirty. There were cobwebs in the corners and dust everywhere, and the bathroom was in really bad shape. The shower was completely coated in limescale, and the toilet brush was unsightly. Dust made the terrace unusable, including the chairs. The refrigerator in the room was noisy and smelled bad too. I'm sorry, but I won't be coming back.

The rooms are well maintained, and the B&B has private parking in a quiet location. My only complaint is the garden: it's poorly looked after, with weeds everywhere. Since it's the first thing you see when you arrive and the property's calling card, I'd give it some attention. Apart from that, everything is fine.

I spent the whole weekend here, and it was absolutely enchanting. The views were breathtaking, everything was very clean, and the place was impeccably maintained. I'll definitely be back.
