The location was the one good part of our stay. Our room was spacious, but the mattress was worn down with a clear dip in the middle. There was no bidet, no Netflix access, and the Wi-Fi was poor. At first we were told bottled water would cost extra, then they took that back, but the fact they considered charging for it was a red flag. Staff had difficulty speaking English, which made communication frustrating at times. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

I'm giving five stars because of how kind the receptionist was during the 5, 15 minutes I just spoke with them. So much better than other hotels in Praja.

The rooms were spotless, thanks to Filomena, and the hotel has a nice terrace and solarium for relaxing during the day. There's also a lovely little garden behind the restaurant, with sofas and a swing. The food was simple and tasty, served with kindness by Rosita and Biagio, with Arianna helping at breakfast. Imma and Angelo welcomed us so warmly that we felt at ease straight away, and they accommodated every request. We have a 10-month-old baby girl, whom they pampered with great care. Thanks too to the night porter and kitchen staff. The week flew by, and we'll definitely return. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Hotel Rex.

This was our third vacation at this hotel. The rooms are clean, the location is excellent, and the food is good and plentiful. Imma and Angelo are always ready to help with any request. We also bonded right away with Rosita and Biagio, and want to give them special thanks. We'll definitely be back.

It was a wonderful holiday, and everyone was kind and professional. The rooms were spotless, and we'll definitely return. A big hug to the whole staff, especially Biagio, who's such a cheerful guy. Thank you so much!
