This is office and residential space, not a hotel.

We stayed two nights in a room and found the place welcoming and well maintained. The staff were friendly, and it's close to a large supermarket, PAM, and roughly 1 km from the train station. I requested a 1:00 PM check-in rather than 2:00 PM, and the room was ready when we arrived. We had no major issues, so I recommend staying here.
