We stayed for five days in Sept 2024. We wanted a hotel or B&B near Lago di Como with breakfast, on-site parking, and an elevator to the room. There wasn't much that fit near the lake, so we chose this hotel. Lecco, to the south-west, and Bellano, to the west, are both about a 25 minutes drive away, so the distance to Lago di Como wasn't really a problem. The rooms are modern and convenient, and although the hotel is close to Via Provenciale, we slept well with the windows open. The large parking lot was a real plus compared with the usual parking near Lago di Como. Staff were consistently friendly and helpful. Breakfast worked well for us, and we especially liked the cappuccino. We had a surprisingly good meal at the nearby Cigno restaurant. We also went to Barzio, about 10 minutes away, where there are some good restaurants. One thing they could improve: the Italian TV was too loud during breakfast on the first day. They turned it down when we asked.

The view around the hotel was breathtaking, and Patricia gave us very personal attention. My wife and I stayed at Bianco for two nights. Our bright, clean room had modern decor and a TV with Netflix, while the colorful lobby and dinner area felt cozy. Breakfast was tasty, with local products. We'd recommend it. Next time, I'd like to try the biking trail.

At the Bianco Hotel in Primaluma, the staff made me feel so welcome that I didn't want to leave. I was comfortable the whole time, and I'd definitely stay there again.

Clean rooms, free parking, and a good spot for skiing at Piani di Bobbio. Breakfast was good too. Nothing to complain about.

The mountain scenery was amazing, and the service was nice. The room was beautiful, and the price felt fair for what we got. The only thing missing was a refrigerator. I hope I can come back.
