The food was unreal, with wonderful flavors from the cuisine, though the portions were small, so you may want to fill up elsewhere. The place feels modern while still authentic, and the friendly, attentive staff made us feel at home right away. We spent four nights here, and it was perfect. Thanks to everyone who made our special trip even more special. We hope to return one day.

The daily little newspaper was a lovely touch, with the weather forecast, activity tips, a brain-training game, tours, things to do nearby, and hotel music. They even have bags ready if you forgot yours for the pool or mountains. The wellness area and gym are wonderful, and the rooms are very clean with everything you need. After a hike, there’s afternoon tea or coffee with delicious cakes or soup. At breakfast, you choose dinner from a menu, and the food was great. The half-board service was among the best I’ve experienced. A special thank you to the lovely reception ladies and to Davide, who has great stories about wine and cocktails and makes fantastic drinks. I brought home a bottle of the Classico Metodo - Kettmeir. Thank you so much, we’ll recommend this memorable sud tirol moment to everyone we know!

The thoughtful details really made our stay relaxing and memorable: the morning hotel newspaper, activities, food choices, their own butchery, and afternoon cake and tea. The spa and new pool were perfect for unwinding and were very clean. The Alpine-style rooms were beautiful, and the whole hotel was spotless. The food was amazing, and the service felt like a true 5-star level, better than at many 5-star hotels we’ve visited. We travel a lot, and this was one of our best hotel experiences. Kudos to the owners. I sincerely recommend it to anyone, whoever you are. You’ll leave relaxed and happy. We’ll definitely come back.
