Hotel Kronplatzer Hof

Mrs. Marianna made our stay feel very personal. She was quick to reply to emails before we arrived, and when we got in late one evening, she used WhatsApp to point us toward restaurants still open for a late dinner. The next day she arranged bus tickets for us and explained everything clearly. The stop is right in front of the hotel, which was very convenient. Our room was lovely, clean, and comfortable, and breakfast was fresh, tasty, and had a great selection. We had a wonderful time at Hotel Kronplatzer Hof in Antholz Valley and would gladly return. Everything was perfect.

We were stranded on the mountain in a snowstorm with five people, blocked roads, and a car that was having problems. Hotels across the region were full because of the Olympic Games, and the whole situation was stressful. Even so, the staff found a room for all five of us that same day. They welcomed us warmly and treated us with real care and empathy. That night's rest helped us recharge and continue our trip safely the next morning. We'll always remember how willing they were to help when we needed it most.

Marianna made us feel like she was part of our family, always ready to help. Before we arrived, she reminded us what we needed to do for the popular sights, and once we were there she helped sort out the shuttle bus booking. She even checked during our trip to see if we were having any transport issues. Her warm smile at breakfast made us feel so good and set a lovely tone for our meals and the day ahead. We loved our Dolomites trip and were impressed by the hotel and its staff. We'd love to come back someday.

Marianna deserves a special thank you for her professionalism and kindness. We felt welcome and well looked after throughout our holiday. The room was very clean and comfortable, the location was excellent, and the staff were consistently kind, helpful, and attentive. We had a wonderful stay and hope to return. We'll recommend the hotel to friends and family. ❤️🥰⛰️
