Mountain Exzelent Residence

The area around here is beautiful, lake included, and the public transport to Dobbiaco and San Candido is much appreciated. It's our second stay, and the apartment is still excellent, clean, and comfortable. Luca is a very kind host and happy to accommodate every need. Thank you, Luca. Patrizia and Daniele.

We had a great time in this spacious, bright apartment, which looked brand new. It had everything we needed for our two-night stay. The name fits perfectly: Exzelent!

The mountain views from this lovely property are breathtaking, and the location in such an enchanting area made our stay feel extra special. The rooms were clean, welcoming, and equipped with full kitchens. Luca was incredibly kind and hospitable, and was always available. I had a wonderful experience at this well-maintained residence hotel and would highly recommend it for a relaxing stay somewhere peaceful and well located. I'll definitely be back!

The view is beautiful, the internet is fast, and the accommodation is nice and fairly clean. Check-in is self-service, and cleaning the rooms is up to guests. It's close to Bryce Lake, which is a plus. There are a few drawbacks: the bathroom has no lock, and without air conditioning it gets a bit stuffy. On sunny days, a room at the back is cooler. When we checked out, we looked under the bed for our belongings and found men's boxer shorts.
