Oberstallerhof

We only stayed one night, but we'd happily return. The owners were warm and friendly, and the rooms were clean with a nice family feel. The guesthouse is a little outside town, about five minutes by car, and breakfast was great.

The sauna was a lovely way to unwind after a day on the snow, and the cozy rooms were always clean. The location worked well both for getting to the Valdaora ski lifts and for relaxing somewhere peaceful. We stayed a week with my parents, and Mrs. Roberta and her husband, Felix, made us feel at home from the start. The food was excellent, all made by the owner, with authentic, flavorful dishes. Breakfast was generous and full of fresh things, including milk from their own cows. We can’t wait to visit again!

After a long day at the Biathlon World Cup, it’s lovely to find peace and quiet at the Oberstallerhof, then share a delicious meal with old friends. I’ve been welcomed here over the years by Felix, Roberta, and Ms. Pallhuber, and every visit feels like coming home. The service is superb, and they have everything I could need. Roberta and Felix really do all they can to make you feel at home. If you’re after peace and quiet close to nature, this is the place. The half-board option includes good home cooking, and the value for money is excellent. Just watch the video and you’ll see what kind of place it is.
