Breakfast was listed as included in the hotel's description, but it wasn't when we arrived. We asked for a room with a refrigerator, and they said they couldn't provide one, without offering any help. Manuela Klammer was incredibly rude and unprofessional, yelling at us over simple requests. Room service opened the door without knocking and ignored the sign, well before checkout. We didn't feel respected, and I wouldn't recommend staying here if you want to enjoy the Dolomites.

After an exciting ski day on Kronplatz, a swim in the pool and a sauna in the relaxing area helped recharge us. Half board was very satisfying, with a starter, mid starter, main course, and dessert. The rooms were spotless and the food was delicious. Best hotel ever.

The rooms were unclean, and the staff and atmosphere were very unpleasant. The service was the worst. I don't recommend it.
