The reception team were really nice to chat with, and the self check-in worked great. We stayed in a two-bedroom place close to Ravenna’s historic center, with convenient nearby parking. The main bedroom bed was very comfortable, but the pull-out couch was not. We kept sliding down toward the foot of it. We did find the price a bit high.

For the price, the quality and central Ravenna location were amazing. It had everything we needed, and I’d definitely come back if I’m in Ravenna again. Honestly, I can’t keep this place to myself!

The hosts were easy to reach and happy to help whenever we had a question. Our room had a private bathroom, a terrace, and a comfortable bed. Everything was close by, so this is a great base for a Ravenna trip. I’d absolutely stay here again.

The rooms were clean and cosy, with everything we needed: WiFi, air conditioning, extra pillows, a mini fridge, soap, and maps and books about Ravenna. The service was excellent and everyone was very friendly. It’s also really close to the center.

Nicolas, a member of the Aurora hotel staff, made the biggest difference to our stay. Thanks to him, we got so much out of our time in Ravenna and came to love the city and its people. The hotel itself was clean and cosy, and the location was perfect.
