The staff were super friendly, and the pool was great. The hotel is a bit tired, but the WiFi was fast and breakfast had everything we needed. We stayed one night on our way to Venice and will probably come back next summer.

Three couples, staying here a couple of weeks ago. The rooms were tidy and clean, and the staff were great.

It's clean and kid friendly, with passable food and genuinely nice staff. Sound carries from the hall, though, and you may have to insist sometimes that they use better sense. If you're reading this, update your website! The website says check-in is 2 pm, but when I arrived the desk said 4 pm. I showed them the site, and they said they'd change it because it was a mistake. That was two weeks ago, and they still haven't. They still wanted me to wait while they fixed the elevator, even though I was only on the second floor and would rather use the stairs. They had a hard time understanding that. Then I saw they hadn't extended the same check-in time to my fellow countrymen, and made them wait until 4 despite them relying on the same information I had pointed out.

The location is great and easy to spot, with good public transportation nearby and a restaurant attached to the hotel. Breakfast service was awesome, efficient, and clearly explained by the lovely older lady who greeted us soon after we came in. Our room wasn't bad, just a little small. There wasn't much space between the bathroom sink and shower if you're a bigger person. I loved the bidet and toilet set. Checking out went smoothly. Dinner service the night before was lacking in several ways. Reception said we could find a seat and someone would come help us. We waited about 10 minutes. I wouldn't have minded if it was busy and someone had come over to explain they'd be back with the menu or details on how the restaurant worked. By then we'd gone to the attached bar for drinks, watched other diners to figure out how to get water, and gotten food from the buffet-style side. The waiter explained the buffet could be appetizers before, after, or during the meal, and that the menu had some extra items available alongside it. After ordering main dishes from the menu, we waited about 15 or 20 minutes for them, which kind of explains why they use the buffet as appetizers. After checking out, we had to wait for the shuttle the hotel had scheduled for us at our request. It was meant to arrive at 11:30. Ten minutes later it still hadn't come, so I went back to reception. They called to request a taxi service, and five minutes after that we got a taxi.
