Piccolo Hotel

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Every room smells like someone's smoking at home, absolutely disgusting, and the old beds are uncomfortable. Breakfast is basic, though the staff are friendly and good. The building and location are awful. It reminds me of a hotel in the URSS.

I was there for 3 days on vacation with a friend. The service and breakfast were fine and about what I expected, but the room had a few issues: the bathroom ventilation was very noisy and the window shade got stuck halfway. The cleanliness could be better, and the rooms are quite noisy too.

I've stayed here twice. It's a good, clean hotel, and at this time of year it was quiet. The rooms feel a bit bare, but they're cleaned properly. The showers could use some repairs. It wasn't expensive.

A quiet, clean place about 2km from the city center. For a 3 stars hotel at a cheap price compared with other hotels, I think it deserves a 5 stars rating, even though breakfast is very simple and modest. It's also handy for cyclists, sitting between the seaside and the center. Bus no.8 stops in front of the hotel, and bus no.80 is only 1km away. Both lines are useful for tourists.
