We arrived during the world's music festival, and being just a few kilometres from Mirabilandia made the hotel feel like a little heaven. The receptionist spoke several languages and was really kind. We even stayed until midday for checkout, although the usual time is 10, and nobody bothered us. The hotel, its position, the staff, and the service were all wonderful. We'll definitely come back. Thank you so much.

Right by the seafront, and the price is very fair. The staff were friendly and helpful, the place was clean and tidy, and the food was good. It's not the Ritz, but for what it costs, it's really good value.

At Hotel Reno, the beach was only about a minute away, and the pool stayed clean and well looked after. The entertainment team were cheerful, sweet, and professional, and they involved guests in a friendly, considerate way. The rooms were spotless and tidy, and every part of the hotel seemed carefully maintained. The food was a real highlight. Meals were generous, made with quality ingredients, and thoughtfully presented. Lunch and dinner menus changed daily, with varied, original choices that kept surprising us. You could see the kitchen team's care and passion. The new management also made us feel very welcome from the start. Mr. Dino and Mr. Francesco were especially professional, kind, attentive, and helpful, and their work helped create a warm, relaxed, family-like atmosphere. My five days there were genuinely restful. We felt cared for as people, not just guests, and the whole team worked with a smile and heart. I'm grateful to everyone at Hotel Reno for making the stay so special. I'll be back with my family and would recommend it to anyone looking for a calm, comfortable holiday with real hospitality. Congratulations to everyone for the work you do. See you soon!

We were there at the start of September and would happily return next year. The beach was safe and pleasant, with a lifeguard every 100 meters, and it was good for children and people who can't swim. The pool was lovely and kept clean, while our room was cleaned thoroughly every day. The whole hotel was spotless and smelled nice throughout. The food was fresh, high quality, and authentically Italian. The waiters were always friendly and helpful, and we were impressed by the hospitality, cleanliness, and the hotel's location near the beach.
