Only Room Hotel

The air conditioning worked well during our stay, but the room was tiny, had no minibar, and the shower was extremely narrow. I found the property poorly maintained, and the customer service fell well below what I expected. I wouldn’t recommend it and would stay somewhere else if I came back to the area. I only booked here after several searches turned up no other availability during Rimini Wellness. I thought the price was far too high for what was offered, but I was taking part in a competition and had few alternatives. On the day after I arrived, I asked whether I could keep a sealed bag of my own food in the fridge because I’m an athlete with a specific diet. They said yes, but wanted an extra 7 euros per day. Out of curiosity, I asked at the neighboring Hotel Tokyo Village, where the staff were very helpful and polite and stored the sealed bag for free. On the phone, the woman I spoke with also seemed to have trouble finding the documents I’d already sent on WhatsApp.
