Everything is within walking distance, and the place is very clean. Management went out of their way to arrange transportation. They offer cruise packages too, so book early, the rooms sell like hot cakes. If you're staying in Ravenna, this is the place.

The room was spacious and well equipped, with lots of amenities, including food. The washer in the suite came in very handy for laundry. The location was perfect, and the staff were friendly.

A quirky place, with an unusually big suite for two people and a bedroom each. The bed was comfortable, breakfast was lovely, and the staff were helpful. The location was great too. There was no electric kettle or milk for tea and coffee, so I had to boil water in a traditional kettle on the hob. Also, if you take too long to choose a floor, the lift stops and leaves you in the dark!

We stayed two nights, September 3rd and 4th, in a lovely suite, and breakfast was a delight. The young lady at the front desk even helped us make smoothies with fresh fruit and vegetables. They have a great machine for it! The young man on the evening shift gave us great tips about where to eat, and he was right. I left some clothes behind and only remembered after we'd left town. When I called, the young lady said she'd take care of it. By the time we reached Siena, she had called our B&B and arranged for the clothes to arrive Monday. They really do take care of your needs, and then some. Thank you, La Reunion.
