The staff deserve special praise, and the owner was exceptionally kind and easy to reach with questions. We only met once, but spoke often, and her punctuality and professionalism were impeccable. The place was spotless, new, and orderly, and it’s very close to the hospital and everyday services. I highly recommend it. Thank you for everything 🙏 My reason for being there was a very serious hospital situation, which made that kindness especially meaningful.

It’s just beyond the city center, and the rooms have been recently renovated and were in great shape. The staff were friendly too. A few basics were missing: no wastebasket or toilet brush in the room, and the packaged breakfast came without cups or water for tea. Those details are why I’m giving it four stars instead of five.

B&B Al Portanova is in a desirable spot, only minutes from the city center, and the price is genuinely competitive. The rooms are high quality and recently refurbished. Service was impeccable, with real attention to what guests need. It lived up to all my expectations. Congratulations, and I recommend it.

Getting to the seafront and main street takes a little effort, though public transport serves the area well. The B&B itself was clean, and the service was excellent. Everyone was kind and very willing to answer questions. I’d definitely recommend it.
