BV President Hotel

The staff were fantastic and went out of their way to help. When a family member lost his passport, someone from the team walked with him to the train station and the Police so he could file reports, and they did what they could to help find it. The front desk was friendly too, and kept our bags for a couple of hours after checkout. We were lucky to stay while a Giro d'Italia team was there. The hotel itself is nicely updated, though it was still partly under construction and not everything was fully working. At 91°F(32.5C), we really needed the air conditioning, which only came on after we called reception and barely worked. The hot water was out as well, so our shower water was only room temperature. I'd still give it four stars. I think it'll be a great place once they sort out the opening issues.

The location near downtown and the train station was great, and the staff were very friendly. But on a 93°F day, the air conditioning only worked after we called, then kept shutting off, so the room was uncomfortable. The water heater was out too, and everyone ended up with cold showers the night before and the morning after. Once they work through these problems, it'll be a great place to stay.

I had a great stay, with good food and comfortable rooms. My only complaint is that when I was in cosenza in August, the air conditioning wasn't working very well and would switch off randomly in the middle of the night.

The rooms were spacious and nice, and the staff were welcoming. It's a well-kept hotel in a very central part of the city, close to the train station.
