The rooms are basic, but very clean and have everything you need. Towels and bedding were changed daily, and there were complimentary toiletries. We found this a great hotel to use as a base. The team pointed us to free parking, since the hotel is in a controlled parking zone and guests can't park at hotels there. We rode the free bikes along the wonderful coastal path to Rimini, and also went the other way to Portoverde and Cattolica, both worth a visit for different restaurants and bars. Gradura's fortified town was another trip, and San Marino is only a 30-minute drive away, with unforgettable views. The Simoncelli circuit is close enough to walk, or you can take a bus; we drove. Parking at the circuit is free, though you still have to walk to the gates. The location is excellent for the beach, just a two-minute walk to the linked beach, which gives hotel guests a small discount. It's very clean, has comfortable beds and all the facilities you need, and the water was still warm in September. The hotel is on the main road among the restaurants and shops, so you can walk to everything. There's a small bar and tables and chairs for sitting and watching the world go by. Several restaurants offer discounts to Hotel Suzy guests. It's family-run and felt like a home from home.

The rooms are small, but they have what you need. The best part is the hospitality, and everything was clean. The location is perfect, with a short walk to anything you might need. Thanks for taking care of us. I'll definitely book again when I'm next in Riccione.

Since it's family-run, they're really attentive to customers' needs. We needed to find a hairdresser for our son, and she found a salon for us within minutes. The location is strategic, just steps from the beach and Viale Ceccarini. The owner, Elena, is such a sweet and kind lady. Thanks for everything, we'll be back soon!

Breakfast was a real treat, with homemade food and plenty for celiacs too. The soft, warm bread was excellent, including as French toast on Sunday. We enjoyed all the cakes we tried, from apple and rice cake to tart and jam tart. The whole fruit selection was great as well, with plums, kiwis, apples, peaches, and apricots. They serve hot drinks directly, usually promptly, though there are exceptions. The double room was clean but small, with a small balcony and no proper closet. There's a safe available on request. In our opinion, the tap water was the main drawback: far too hot to drink, especially in summer. The hotel is conveniently placed for walking to the beach and Viale Ceccarini. Bear in mind that Viale Dante becomes pedestrian-only after 6 PM, so driving isn't possible then and there may be street noise late into the night. Free parking is about a 15-minute walk away. Staff are friendly and available around the clock. The hotel has a wide range of partner restaurants offering 10-15% off, and we were happy with all of them.
