The first-floor sea-view rooms have a balcony over the restaurant roof, so a room higher in the building might be better. The rooms are very small and old-fashioned, and the bunk bed wasn’t very comfortable.

The hotel is right by the beach, which is a real plus. Rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and the balcony views are wonderful. Staff are lovely and always keen to help. There’s a big variety of delicious food in the restaurant, and prices aren’t too high. Some rooms could perhaps be a little warmer, but it was good all in all. I recommend this place.

The one good thing I can say is that the hotel was clean, and, as an older review mentioned, the housekeeper’s good mood was uplifting. The beds weren’t great, though, and the mattresses were probably 20 years old. The food was poor. If you want a decent experience, don’t request meals here. It felt like being served scraps: buffet plates were always empty and food arrived cold. I reported it to the people in charge, and they were rude, saying I was offending them.

Breakfast is continental, and there’s a pool that can be used from 10am to 12pm and from 13pm to 20pm. The hotel is well located near the sea, with sea-view rooms available, and friendly staff. It’s about a 30-minute walk from the city center.
