The children came for lunch at 13:30, but were turned away and told they had to arrive at 1 p.m. Lunch is only served from 13:00 to 14:00. Wi-Fi wouldn't connect, and the air conditioners were held together with tape. They only worked at night and for two hours in the afternoon, if they worked at all; at other times there was a charge. The rooms and service were dreadful. In all my trips and countries, I've never stayed somewhere this bad for the money. I've never seen anything like it. What a disaster, I don't recommend it to anyone!

Pretty good value overall, and the place is fairly clean.

The staff are rude, the services are bad, and the cleaning is really poor. You can't even have privacy here: they go into your room and film your stuff while you're out!
