We had a really enjoyable stay at this small, family-run hotel. The room was clean and decent, the basic needs were covered, and the food was nice. Thanks to Gabriel, mum, Dad, the rest of the staff, and the lovely lady who makes all those little sweet pastries.

The location is close to everything: three minutes on foot to the beach, two minutes to bars and restaurants, and even the airport is just a 25-30 minute walk away. My room was clean and tidy, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. I had a great stay. I’m giving four stars only because this isn’t a luxury hotel.

I had a balcony with a wonderful view, and both the room and bathroom were really clean and nice. Breakfast was delicious with plenty to choose from. The reception team were friendly and helpful, especially Fabio and Svetlana. With the beach, restaurants and shops so close, I’d definitely recommend it. Such good quality for the low price.

The rooms were a pleasant surprise, but the staff and service stood out just as much. They were polite, professional and very accommodating. The rooms were cleaned and the sheets changed every day. Breakfast was good too, and served for longer than at most other hotels around there. We booked Hotel Austria because its budget accommodation ratings in the Rimini area were among the better ones, and were completely blown away. If I’m back in Rimini, Hotel Austria will be my first choice for a stay of any length.

The room and bathroom were small, the facility felt a bit old, and the price was high for that quality. Staff seemed fine until I made a complaint, then they got very agitated with me. The management didn’t feel professional. Definitely wouldn’t recommend it. Well done on earning a bad review.
