We spent a week here in June and found it just right for a relaxing break. The staff were friendly and very helpful, the rooms were simple, clean, and had what we needed, and the food was tasty. The location was great too.

The food alone made our eight days at Hotel Esplanade worth it. We had a different pasta dish every day, with so much variety, and it would have cost a fortune to try them all at restaurants. The bar in the lobby also had lots of drinks and cocktails to choose from each evening. Roberta, Nicola, and the rest of the staff made us feel wonderfully looked after, almost like spoiled kids who need a few days to readjust after leaving. We were there in summer 2024 at peak season, and the beach was only a five minute walk away. Parking around Rimini can be tricky. Nicola was a great help and we always found a spot in front of the hotel, though sometimes guests may need to park farther away. The rooms were fine, but the bathrooms could use a refresh. A small fridge would also fit in the room and would have been handy for cold drinks or water in the summer. We had a great stay and will definitely return to Hotel Esplanade to visit Rimini and the surrounding area.

We’ve been visiting Rivazzurra for over 30 years, but only tried Hotel Esplanade for the first time this July. We were very happy with the choice. The owners were pleasant and attentive, and we always felt at home. The night porter was lovely too. The food was excellent, and the rooms were clean and nice. We’d gladly come back. My toddler daughter was sad to leave and, almost three months later, still asks when we’re going to Rimini again.

With two little kids, we found plenty to do nearby. The beach is beautiful and about a five minute walk away, and Fiabilandia is close enough to reach on foot. Buses make it easy to get to other towns for water parks or the aquarium if you’d rather not drive. The hotel also put our two rooms together off a shared corridor. There were lots of meal options, and we were very happy with the food and dining staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and made us feel like family. Many thanks for being so thoughtful throughout our stay.

We enjoyed every bit of our stay. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the beach is nearby. All the staff were so helpful and friendly. Many thanks to Roberta and Nicola, we’d recommend them 🙃😉
