We had a great stay in the apartment they gave us. From the balcony, the sea view was lovely, and we could even watch the sunrise. The beach is just two minutes from the residence. There were a couple of minor issues, like a leaking sink and two burned-out lights, but the apartment was really nice.

The people are very nice and speak a little English, though I'd suggest learning some Italian. The hotel feels somewhere between small and large. From a higher floor you can catch a glimpse of the beach, and every room has a balcony that gets sun from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Things were almost clean in my room, but it wasn't a nightmare to walk into. The beach is two minutes away on foot, and Le Befane mall is about a 15-25 minute walk. You won't regret visiting Rimini!

The location is amazing, with the beach only about 20 steps away, plus lots of shops, grocery stores, and a train or bus stop nearby. The rooms are great, though they sometimes get mixed up, and we had to switch rooms. That wasn't a problem. The service was okay.

The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean. The hotel is very close to the beach. Renting a garage parking space is a must.

A great hotel, and the rooms are large.
