The staff were so kind and attentive, and they advised us about supermarkets and beaches. I was worried about misunderstandings because I don't speak Italian, but thankfully almost everyone spoke English. Our room was clean and tidy. It was cleaned every day, and the cosmetics were changed daily too. It's the best place ever, highly recommend it 👌

The food was really good, and the rooms were better than perfect. My room even had a safe so I could keep my things secure from the cleaning service. The service was lovely and polite, and they even learned Polish just to talk with me. A really amazing hotel.

Nico at reception was very friendly and helpful. He gives you a warm feeling when you're tired and does as much as he can to help. The rooms are fine and very clean, and the sea is about 200 m away. There isn't breakfast at the hotel, but the coffee just around the corner is damn good, and a cafe nearby has croissants, so breakfast is covered. It's around a 15-minute walk from the central station and 20 minutes from the heart of the city. They may not have 4 stars, but it's a lovely place to stay!

The room felt welcoming, and the customer service was good. Everything else was perfect, though the air conditioning wasn't working when we arrived. Brilliant hotel, and I'll visit again soon.
