We needed somewhere peaceful with our young daughter, since my wife worked some evenings and needed proper sleep. This place gave us the quiet we wanted, away from the livelier seafront, though still just a short walk from the beach. The staff were friendly and helped however they could. Breakfast is buffet style, so you can pick what you like. The split air conditioning was a big bonus for us Northern Europeans unused to warm nights, since it could cool the bedroom to the temperature we wanted. We also enjoyed the refreshing pool, the relaxed feel, and all the places to sit and unwind. The apartments are tucked away, clean, and quiet enough. If we return to Rimini, we'll book here again. It's ideal for a family wanting calm in a fairly lively city, with the beach bars far enough away that their nighttime noise doesn't intrude.

The residence apartments were very clean and had every comfort. Staff were friendly and helpful, and let us store our e-bikes somewhere safe for free, with a place to charge them too. Breakfast was excellent!

We couldn't really experience the whole residence because of the virus, and it had no pool, dining room, and probably lacked other amenities as well. Still, we rented an apartment with everything equipped: a kitchen, bedroom, two bathrooms, and two air conditioning units. It cost about €110/night, which was top-notch value. The residence is just steps from the sea, and the staff were friendly and helpful without hovering.

Our apartment was brand new and recently renovated, and it was impeccably clean. The owners were very nice and friendly, and the pool was beautiful and well looked after. The property is very close to the sea. Highly recommended!
