The staff were very nice, and breakfast was delicious. It's only a few blocks from the beach. Air conditioning cost extra, 5 euros/day, which was the only issue. Definitely recommend it.

The place is simple, but a really nice central base in Rimini. The staff are very friendly, and it's well worth the price.

The rooms were clean, and both the beach and nightlife are close by. The owner and staff were very polite!

For the price, it's hard to beat, and the seafront is only 100 meters away. We had one of the renovated rooms, which was very nice. There was a minor shower problem, but it got fixed quickly. Breakfast was generous and delicious. I'd suggest adding a clothesline on the balcony, even just a line like the neighbors have. Also, when doing future renovations, take care with the doors: ours only closed if we pulled hard.
