The apartment with balcony was a great experience for our five-night stay. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, close to the center and the beach, and just two minutes from the park. The owner was very kind, and I’d gladly recommend the place. Hope we can come back soon. The one thing to fix is the weak WiFi signal.

The apartment was peaceful throughout our stay, with no noise from other guests or neighbors. Marianna was kind and ready to help with anything we needed. I booked just 2-3 weeks before arriving in Rimini and there weren’t many places left, but I was glad I found this one. The shower cubicle was very small for an adult. I had to squeeze in and move carefully to avoid hitting the doors. I got used to it, though, and hope it might be more comfortable when I return. Some of the plumbing also showed its age, but I expect that can be dealt with over time. Everything else worked well, from the hot water to the kitchen equipment. Being able to make breakfast and coffee was especially nice, then relax on the roomy balcony, which you can reach from both the kitchen and bedroom. At first I worried the air conditioner in the living room wouldn’t cool the whole apartment, but by the next day the bedroom was comfortable too, with the doors left open during the day. Maybe an AC unit in the bedroom would be useful in the future. The park is only a few steps away, the beach and seafront are a 5-10 minute walk, and the lovely old center is 20-30 minutes away on foot. The train station takes about 20 minutes to reach through the park, which makes for a pleasant walk. I felt very comfortable here and would gladly return if I get the chance. Rimini is one of the most beautiful and welcoming seaside places.

I made Residence Rimini Mare my home for three months, from late February to the end of May 2022, and that’s exactly how it felt. The apartments are bright and neat, and waking up there was a pleasure. Having everything I needed to manage on my own made the stay even better. The staff are lovely, and the beach, sea, and everyday amenities are all just a few steps away. I’d happily recommend staying with Marianna and Giuseppe in winter or summer. They make a holiday or a break feel especially sweet.
