The apartments at Melucci residence matched the website photos and description. They were clean and cozy, with everything we needed, and the beach was easy to reach. The staff and owner were so welcoming and friendly, and they even freed up a parking space for us. Thanks for the warm welcome.

We stayed for the May 1st weekend. The apartment was spacious and very clean, and the owners were helpful throughout. I highly recommend it, and we'll definitely be back!

It's in a quiet spot close to the beach and amenities, but the apartment wasn't in good sanitary condition, especially the shower and kitchen. The building's common areas were neglected, and the residents were noisy, even at 3 a.m.

We had a great time and felt right at home while on vacation. The accommodation was spacious and ideally placed for beach days, evening strolls, and trips to nearby attractions and towns. Early check-in was available, and both the owners and staff were super friendly.

We stayed in the attic apartment in June 2025, but its equipment was lacking. Only one stove burner worked properly, and the pots had plastic handles. Strips on the kitchen cupboards were peeling, there was no dish sponge, bags, detergent, or other basic supplies, and we got just two rolls of toilet paper for 10 days. The wire hangers in the closet were another problem. Towels and bath towels weren't changed during our stay. The hotel area had no ordinary cafes and was packed, with people everywhere. I wouldn't return to this apartment or Rimini.
