There’s plenty of room here, with a garden and a patio barbecue, so it works well for families or a group of friends. Roberta was kind and helpful, and the place had everything we needed for a restful stay in Rimini. It’s peaceful and has private parking, while the historic center and the sea are only a short drive away. A comfortable option for a few nights or a longer stay.

The house itself is lovely, and the quiet setting made it a great place for dinners and a peaceful break. It’s a shame the owners made us feel so unwelcome once we arrived. We were ten people and paid a lot for one night, yet the two older gentlemen seemed intent on having things their way. The lady was very agitated whenever she thought of calling us back, but when exactly? Was it when we wished her a happy birthday, deliberately at 11 PM instead of midnight to avoid making noise at an inappropriate hour? Or when she said the neighbors were complaining? We kept our cool, even when the men immediately got defensive and threatened loudly to throw us out after the second warning. They seemed scared of something, in a way that worked in their favor. There was also a bit of talk meant to frighten us into calling the police, since if those so-called “Brussels sprouts” really showed up, they would belong to them and them alone. I’d suggest that for any future money-making plans, the gentlemen advertise the place as “ONLY FRIARS AND NUNS INSIDE,” just to be safe. A wonderful house, but the person renting it only makes guests feel comfortable when it’s time to pay. Clever ones 😉

We stayed for four nights and found the house clean, neat, welcoming, and comfortable. It was cold while we were there, but the place was warm enough. There’s a private parking spot on the property, and the residential neighborhood is very quiet with all kinds of shops close by. Roberta was friendly, helpful, and kind. I’d recommend it to anyone after a relaxing stay without having to worry about things. Thanks, Roberta. :-)

The apartment had potential, but the owner's behavior spoiled what should have been a quiet evening. She was rude and intrusive, with no courtesy, and there was no real communication or effort to sort anything out. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you're looking for a peaceful break. There are plenty of other places where guests are treated with more respect.
