The place looked nothing like the pictures for the rooms we were given. Our rooms were tiny and very dirty, with black grime staining the walls. The wardrobes were broken and missing knobs, and the bathroom had no separate shower, so water went everywhere whenever we washed. The sink drained very slowly because it was clogged. There were no toiletries, and we had to ask for towels every time, as well as toilet paper. We’ve never had such a disastrous hotel stay. It’s definitely not a 3-star place and should be closed immediately. The receptionist offered to refund us, but as a large group we couldn’t find another place nearby within our budget that could fit all of us. Never again.

There were black dirt stains all over the walls, and the rooms were both very small and very dirty. The wardrobes had broken handles that hadn’t been replaced. There was no separate shower, so every shower left water all over the bathroom, and the clogged sink took ages to drain. We had to keep asking for towels and toilet paper, and no toiletries were provided. It was a disastrous experience, and definitely not worthy of 3 stars. I think the hotel should be closed immediately. The receptionist offered our money back, but because we were a large group, we couldn’t find another affordable place nearby with space for everyone.

The location is excellent, close to everything you need for a comfortable, relaxing holiday. The hotel is welcoming and very well cared for, with clean, spacious rooms. Service was impeccable and always came with a smile. I’ll definitely come back!
