The room was comfy, and the staff were friendly.

A horrifying experience that I hope warns other people, especially anyone with health issues or a disability. I asked about availability for a five-month stay, and management responded with what felt like discriminatory and retaliatory treatment. They say they pay particular attention to accessibility. But when I asked about moving to a second property with an elevator, because serious heart and mobility issues make stairs a life-threatening hazard for me, they denied availability with excuses about opening dates that I believe were plainly false. They also automatically canceled my original reservation at this hotel, which has no elevator. They accused me of “inappropriate behavior” just because I’d canceled a February stay for health reasons, giving proper notice and being as courteous as I could. I was told never to contact them again. Behind the claims of “courtesy,” I found a management team that speculates on prices, charging inflated rates compared with the website price list, and turns away vulnerable customers rather than handling basic logistical needs. If you have a disability or health problems, stay away. They treated my health as a “disruption” to their company policies. Unspeakable. This was discrimination and a total lack of humanity toward people with disabilities.

The sea and nightlife are both just a few meters away, so the location is very convenient. The rooms were spotless, tidy, and comfortable, and the breakfast was generous and satisfying. Staff were welcoming, helpful, and extremely kind from the moment I arrived. It was a truly pleasant three-night stay and excellent value for money. Highly recommended.
