Hotel Villa dei Fiori

We felt at home right away. The hotel is stylish, well cared for, very clean, and has a relaxed family atmosphere. Our terrace room had quiet air conditioning, and the pool was nicely positioned. The staff served us with a smile throughout our five days, and we enjoyed the breakfast and tasty lunches. We arrived with car trouble and they kindly helped us find a garage, store our bikes, and park the car. We’d planned on two nights but extended straight away, and were glad we did. It’s a quiet neighborhood along a lively beachfront, with shops and restaurants nearby. After cycling 17km along the Rimini strip, we were convinced we’d picked the best place. The public beach is about a 10-minute walk, though there are plenty of bagno spots right nearby. I don’t usually write reviews, but this one was deserved.

The rooms are simple, but clean and air-conditioned, and the hotel is very close to the beach. Hotel villa dei Fiori is a charming family business where they look after guests’ needs and have a good sense of humor. I’ll definitely come back.

The pool had a strange smell and the jacuzzi wasn’t working. The owners blamed us for something we hadn’t done, then laughed when we tried to talk it through. The service was terrible, and the owners were rude and didn’t take their guests seriously. Awful experience, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

A really bad stay. We were made to pay for something that had already been broken, and I think the owner set us up over it. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.
