We're having a ten-day family holiday in Rimini this year, and Hotel Zeus has been a great choice. It's easy to get where we need to go, and the facilities are convenient. The rooms are comfortable and the food is fantastic. Service is attentive, and when we've asked for something different or special, they've made it for us 😇. We're very happy with the holiday and grateful for everything. Cheers!

The staff made us feel welcome and took care of what we needed. We had a clean, well-kept room with a perfect view over the sea, since the hotel is right on the beach. Meals were very good, with enough variety that everyone could find something they liked.

We had such a great time and really didn't want to go home. The food surprised us, and the hotel is right on the beach. For a budget stay, it was amazing. The facilities were clean and the room was serviced daily. Staff were courteous and very helpful, especially the two women at reception who shared great ideas for day trips.

This was the worst hotel I've stayed in. We booked all inclusive, and I'm still not sure what we paid for. At least the room was clean, but the minibar was empty. Given the price, some complimentary water would've been welcome. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were restricted to strict 30-minute slots. If you arrived after the allotted time, staff made you feel uncomfortable, as though you were holding them up, so we felt pressured to hurry. There was virtually no food choice: they served some kind of “meat” that I couldn't identify, or bland carbs like cheesy or tomato pasta. Drinks, including water, were served only with meals, which doesn't feel all inclusive. If we didn't finish a bottle, they'd keep it and bring it back at the next meal until it was gone, which seemed unsanitary. We had to sit at the same table, there were no drink options, and the spa cost extra. The advertised “beach towels” were tiny bath towels. None of the food was covered for hygiene, and the staff weren't very friendly. I've stayed in many places and never experienced anything like this. Save yourself the money and hassle and stay somewhere else.

The staff were lovely, especially our waiter Dimitro and receptionist Ylenia, and despite the problems we had a great stay. The hotel should make its all-inclusive offer clearer. We booked two superior double rooms with sea views and all-inclusive, but at first got two noisy corner rooms on the first floor. One had a view of the neighboring hotel's window; the other was OK. After some persuasion, on day two we moved to the fourth floor, one regular room and one corner room, and both were much nicer. The rooms were generally clean and serviced daily, with working air conditioning, balconies where smoking is allowed, comfortable beds, and plenty of storage for two people for a week. The parking setup includes several garages: one 500 meters away across the railway, another 30 meters from the building, and a few spaces in front of the property. They initially offered us the farthest one, and we had to push for a closer spot. Breakfast runs from 7:30 to 10:00. Lunch is served from 12:30 to 13:00 and dinner from 19:30 to 20:00. You need to arrive during those 30-minute windows or they won't serve you. The food was delicious, served buffet-style, with Italian dishes like pasta, risotto, and salad alongside some international food. On our last day there was Hungarian beef stew, labeled “goulash” so people would recognize it. But “all inclusive” here meant meals and alcohol only during meal periods. Drinks were limited to sparkling or still water, local fizzy orange juice, Pepsi, Peroni beer, and one red and one white wine. The red was fair, while the white was quite good. Tea and coffee were only available in the morning, and had to be bought from the bar at other times. We couldn't take drinks to the room or terrace, perhaps so guests would buy them at the bar. In practice, it's full board with alcohol included. One practical note before travelling: Italy uses different AC socket types from other European countries. EU phone chargers and other low-power, unearthed electronics will work, but you'll need an adapter for other devices.
