Hotel Oasi SPA & Wellness

We chose this hotel at the last minute and had a spectacular stay. For €105 we got a clean, cozy room with a nice balcony, free parking, and free bikes for getting around the city. The complimentary breakfast was the most amazing healthy spread I've ever seen. We don't have anything this nice for the price in America.

A very disappointing stay. Staff weren't helpful about my luggage, and nobody addressed the air conditioning problem in my room. Instead of fixing it, I was told to open the window. One staff member even said, “This is a 4-star hotel, what do you want us to do for you?” It was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. The parking was also always full, and we were told to park somewhere else. This was nowhere near the level of service I expected from the hotel.

At £275 a night, this hotel felt like a rip-off. There was no air conditioning anywhere in the building, so sleeping in hot weather was impossible. They provided ventilators on full speed, and the noise in the room made it impossible to sleep. The place felt extremely outdated, with peeling paint and a shabby look. The shower barely had water pressure. It was nowhere near 4-star quality, more like 1 or 2 stars at best, and very poor value for money.

The staff were welcoming and helpful, and nothing we asked seemed like too much. We arrived a few hours before check-in and were told we could use the facilities while they called us when the room was ready. Although we'd missed breakfast, they kindly brought us coffee and brioche. Being able to walk straight onto the beach and take the loungers with us was great. Breakfast had an amazing range of choices. Our room was clean and spacious, though the shower was small and outdated. The outdoor pool is more of a little dipping pool, and the garden around it could use a clean-up and some grass. All in all, we had a great experience and would highly recommend the hotel.
