The feeling of peace here is the best part. At night, lying on the grass under the stars with only nature around you is such a rare way to unwind and recharge. During the day, it’s lovely to walk among the greenery or do yoga by the olive trees in front of the pool. The apartments are clean, furnished, and carefully looked after, each with its own private garden. The setting in the heart of the Maremma comes with beautiful views and a quiet that’s hard to find elsewhere. The sea is a 15-20 minute drive, and nearby villages are only a few minutes away for a stroll, an ice cream, or shopping. Another treat is the owner’s daughter’s deli in a nearby village, where you can try wonderful traditional Tuscan dishes, homemade desserts, and delicious cantucci. What a lovely place to get away from the bustle of everyday life. 🌿✨

Such a lovely, peaceful spot in the Maremma 🌿 The apartments are clean and well looked after, each with a private garden and great views of the surrounding nature. It’s ideal for relaxing, walking in the greenery, and enjoying the quiet of the Tuscan countryside. Charming villages are close by, and the sea is only a short drive away. A really rejuvenating stay. This place is a real refuge in the Tuscan countryside, somewhere you can recharge surrounded by nature, beauty, and kindness. At Agriturismo Il Giglio, you feel at home from the moment you arrive, even if your home is hundreds of kilometres away. Vincenza and her husband are such warm, kind people, always available if you need anything. The welcome is sincere and friendly without ever being intrusive. You’re treated like a real guest, with time for a chat at sunset or tips on the best local restaurant. The rooms are spacious and well kept, with a rustic but elegant feel. They’re quiet at night, and in the morning golden Tuscan sunlight comes through the curtains. The pool is always clean, with plenty of games for kids, plus sun loungers and tables for everyone. It’s 25-30 minutes from the sea at Follonica and Castiglione della Pescaia. We’d happily return to this soothing little corner of the Maremma. Five stars, highly recommended! 💕✨

The apartments are spacious, attractive, and clean, and the owners are lovely, happy to suggest places to visit and share useful information. The farmhouse is in a great spot. Their daughter’s rotisserie is about 10 minutes away, where you can buy excellent food, and we’d highly recommend it. Our favourite part was being able to swim in the pool whenever we liked, even at night under the stars.
