Nobu Hotel Roma

The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the staff really tried to make my stay perfect. Leo and Carla were especially caring and helpful when I got sick.

Chiaira R at the front desk was so sweet and helpful, and the service was the best part of my stay. The rooms at Nobu Roma hotel are huge and really comfortable. I had the best time there, and it’s my favorite hotel in Rome now.

The breakfast and door teams were the only staff who gave us good service. The front office and concierge were unprofessional throughout our stay at Nobu Hotel Rome. On day one, our 13-year-old son tried to close a curtain and it came down along with part of the ceiling. Thankfully he wasn’t injured, but it was dangerous, and staff showed little concern and offered no real apology. We were moved twice to rooms that were worse, dirty, and poorly maintained. Our son’s room had almost no natural light. The moves were chaotic, we got little help, and some luggage was forgotten. They offered some compensation, but handled the situation very poorly. It took a week to follow up, and even then there was no apology. A new hotel can have problems, but this was unacceptable.

Vincent, one of the doormen, was a delight during our Rome trip. While we waited for a taxi, he helped several guests and took time to tell us about his favorite places in the city. He was so helpful and personable, a wonderful person to welcome everyone.
