It’s a good choice if you want an affordable, simple, comfortable stay. You get a clean room with a private bathroom, AC, refrigerator, TV, and hair dryer, plus daily cleaning and fresh towels. The reception is open 24 hours, so late-night or early-morning check-in is possible, and you can leave your luggage there. It’s about eight minutes from the Tiburtino station, with lots of places to eat nearby and a supermarket at the train station. You can hear neighbors, but that comes down to how considerate people are. Even in a five-star hotel you can hear guests who don’t respect others. Just know this isn’t a standard hotel. It’s in a residential building with two apartments, maybe more, so the setup can feel a bit unusual. Still, I was very satisfied with my stay, especially for the affordable price.

The room was small but clean, and it had air conditioning. It’s a small hotel near the train station, with good access to trains and the metro. The surrounding area wasn’t the cleanest, and the service was okay. I’d recommend it if you want a convenient base for getting to other attractions.

The room was huge and very clean, and the staff were amazing. It’s just around the corner from the station, and there was a mini fridge, safe, and TV. A couple of things were off, the TV was a bit dodgy and one wall plug was loose, but otherwise it was exactly what we wanted. I really don’t get what people are complaining about. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the place, and we’ll definitely be back.

You get the basics here, a bed and a bathroom, and that was fine for us. The AC was ice cold, which was a lifesaver in July. It was nearly impossible to reach them before we arrived, but once we got there, everything went smoothly. It’s nothing beyond the bare minimum for accommodation, but you get what you pay for.

For a Rome getaway, the location is great, and the price is about as affordable as it gets. The rooms are big and clean, and they’re tidied every day, with towels changed and beds made. I don’t know why the rating is low. I guess some people want to pay little and get a castle.
