The stay was fantastic: very clean, in a great location, and with welcoming hosts. Dora and Rosella were professional and friendly the whole time, and I really appreciate it. Thank you both so much! I’ll definitely come back on my next visit to Rome.
The reception staff were kind when I raised the issue, but I want other guests to know how noisy the rooms are. I could hear people talking, zipping suitcases, and running the shower through the thin walls. The hard floors don't help absorb sound, and it felt as if people were in my room. Also, reception isn't staffed all the time, so this is more of an apart-hotel. If a good night's sleep matters, I wouldn't stay here.
The neighborhood was lovely and very clean, and getting here was easy. It's about a 10-minute walk to the Vatican and 20 minutes to the Centro storico. Our room was beautiful and clean, and Dora was great. A really good place to stay.
We walked to every sight from this conveniently located hotel, and our room was spacious and clean. What really stood out was Rosella, who made us feel at home and was so helpful and welcoming. There's no way to describe the hospitality! I'd recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Rome, and we'll stay here again when we return. Thank you, Rosella, for making our trip so wonderful!
We had a rough trip from Naples, with major delays and cancelled trains, and had to travel the next day. The hosts let us rebook without any fuss, which was incredibly kind. They were amazing throughout. The metro is easy to use, with the station a short five-minute walk away, and there are lots of good places to eat nearby. The room and host were great, too. Perfect for couples. We'll definitely book Gracchi Suits again when we're in Rome.
