The hotel staff were wonderfully helpful after we had a horrible experience with the Coach travel company. They helped us look for our luggage, spoke with other groups who spoke Italian, and kept checking that we got it back. They shared lots of information and went out of their way to help, all with a happy attitude. I can’t recommend this place enough.

The rooms were clean, and I’d stay here again for the location alone. You can walk to the Vatican and Piazza di Fiori. It’s a guest house on the third floor, with no breakfast. Carrefor downstairs sells sandwiches and water, and there’s also a family-run pizza place on the ground floor. Would

A clean, comfortable place in a great spot, and the air conditioning works really well. There’s an elevator too. I’d come back if I get the chance.

The place is simple and clean, and the location is really good. Breakfast was the part I didn’t like: you have to go to a doner-like place, where they serve you two sugary pastries and one coffee. I’d rather book the room without breakfast.
