A Casa Nostra

The room service was great, and everything was very clean and well organized. A Casa Nostra feels cozy and homey, and so far we've had a comfortable stay. Breakfast is great. Because of kosher dietary needs we couldn't have the croissant, though it looked good. We had a cappuccino and orange juice, and there are other hot drinks to choose from. The free Wi-Fi works, but it's slow, possibly because it's open to anyone in the area. I was expecting more amenities, like shampoo and soap, which is why I'm giving it 4 stars. I'd recommend it for singles or couples.

The location was really convenient, and I remember the room being lovely. The coffee at breakfast was great too. We stayed a few years ago and had a really nice time. Ovidio was a wonderful host and drove us to the airport at 4am. I hope it's still as nice.

The room was bright, clean, and budget-friendly, and the Aircon was good. The nearby metro station was closed during our visit, so although the local bus was running, it was busy and we ended up walking a lot. Breakfast was light, just coffee and sweet bread. There were two adults and two teenage girls in our group, and we'd stay again.

The room was spotless, though compact for three people, and would be great for two. We had to wait a while to check in, but eventually got shown to the room. There was one issue, a slow bathroom leak that meant keeping a towel on the floor. Breakfast is a pastry, juice, and tea, coffee, or hot chocolate. For the price, the location is hard to complain about: right next to an underground station and about a 20 minute walk from the colosseum. Across the road, to the right as you leave, there's a supermarket that costs about half as much as the other shops. I got a 66cl bottle of peroni there for 1.25€. The Chinese is excellent, and we loved the gelateria by the main door. Staff were friendly once you took the time to talk with them.
