We were already tired and scared after getting lost on the way from the airport to the city center, and by the time we arrived, check-in had passed. We lost the room we'd paid for and got none of the money back. I called to ask whether there was any way to sort it out, maybe by paying a fee. The guy was incredibly rude and wouldn't even listen, just yelled, "you lost your reservation!" It certainly wasn't easy to find. Luckily, we found another place that was nice and better.
