We chose this place because of its good reviews and trusted it. Then €3 we'd kept in our luggage for the metro back to termini went missing, along with some suspicious signs that someone had touched our belongings. We asked the hotel manager, but he just said there was no explanation. The amount itself isn't really what matters to us. It's a matter of trust.

The room was cleaned every day and would work well for a family. The sweet Michelangelo room has its own kitchen with a fridge and cooker. It was very close to the Vatican Museums, with a view from the window of the Vatican walls. It's also right next to one of Rome's largest public transport stops.

We could walk to shops and restaurants, and there was a gelato place just downstairs on the corner. The Vatican felt incredibly close, with everything else nearby too. We found a huge apartment with amazing furnishings on Airbnb.

The rooms were great and the service was good. The B&B is less than five minutes from the Musei Vaticani entrance, very close to Vatican City. It’s about a 20-minute walk to the old city.

The inside looked lovely and the AC worked well. It was a great location, but finding the place was really difficult. I had to try the keys several times before they worked, the fridge was weak, and there were ants in my room.
